The initiative focuses on enhancing operational reliability, safety, and efficiency across aviation fuel storage and distribution systems at Don Mueang International Airport and Suvarnabhumi Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GCME delivers end-to-end Asset Integrity Management services covering all key elements of asset performance and risk management, including:
Risk-Based Inspection (RBI)<\/strong>
Planning and assessing equipment risks to prioritize inspection and maintenance, optimizing cost-effectiveness by focusing on high-risk areas.
Inspection & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)<\/strong>
Conducting inspections using advanced non-destructive testing methods to identify potential defects without dismantling equipment.
Asset Data Management<\/strong>
Updating and maintaining asset databases to record inspection, maintenance, and operational histories systematically.
Fitness for Service (FFS)<\/strong>
Evaluating equipment conditions and remaining life to ensure safety, determining whether components can continue to operate safely or require repair or replacement.
Predictive Maintenance<\/strong>
Utilizing inspection data and sensor monitoring to predict potential failures and prevent unplanned downtime.
Compliance & Certification<\/strong>
Ensuring full compliance with international standards such as API, ASME, ISO, and DNV<\/strong>, reinforcing global safety and quality assurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
