Quality, Security, Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Business Continuity Policy

GC Maintenance and Engineering Company Limited (“GCME”) is a Maintenance and Engineering Solution Provider. GCME is committed to continually enhance our effectiveness in the management of Quality, Security, Safety, Occupational Health, the Environment, and Business Continuity (QSHEB), This policy covers the entire operation of the Company involving all executives, employees, related personnel at all levels, vendors, and contractors, and adheres to the following principles:

  1. Manage quality throughout the entire organization by employing Quality, Knowledge and Productivity Management tools, to satisfy our customers’ requirements by delivering qualified goods and services those are friendly to Environment.
  2. To strictly comply with all Quality, Security, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Laws and Regulations, as well as the assistance to colleagues for safe work.
  3. To Assess and prevent detriment to the environment with an emphasis on improvement and prevention at the source. Efficient use of energy and resources, waste disposal management, including sustainable use of resources, and commit to friendly to environment goods and services purchase, Greenhouse gasses reduction effectiveness, with focus on fortifying an environmental culture, by communicating to and encouraging all employees and stakeholders to be conscientious of and contribute GCME’s environmental culture.
  4. To manage risks to prevent danger, occupational diseases, accidental loss, injuries, property damages and pay attention to occupational health and good environment to encourage everyone to have a good health and happiness at work of all.
  5. To create a culture of Quality, Security, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment by communicating to and encouraging all employees and stakeholders to be conscientious of and awareness of Quality, Security, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment, as well as striving for continuous improvement.
  6. To be aware of security threats and establish emergency management guidelines. To protect life, assets, information (data) and the business continuity of the organization.

The executives , employees at all levels, vendors and contractors shall be responsible for achieving objectives and goals of GCME, as well as being a role model in the development and perpetuation of the Quality, Security, Safety, Occupational Health, Environment and Business Continuity Management System, provide sufficient resources to enable all staffs to be take part in and contribute to the adoption of policies and putting them in to action as well as training and, communicating these policies to all related parties to achieve internal and intra-organizational collaboration, for the sustainability of the organizational henceforth.

   This policy will be effective from June 21, 2024
